REAL FACTS: On Monday 21 July 2026 Rassie Erasmus said the meteoric rise of Junior Springbok stars Vusi Moyo and Yaqeen Ahmed means South Africa’s flyhalf stocks “will be overflowing in the years ahead.” Moyo, 20, made history the previous Saturday (18 July) as the first Black African to start a Test at Springbok No 10, in the 43-0 defeat of Wales in Durban, before Manie Libbok replaced him in the 47th minute; Ahmed steered the Junior Boks to their 16-5 U20 World Championship final win over France on the same day. Erasmus added that Handré Pollard is recovering well from a hamstring injury and Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu is expected back for the Argentina Test on 8 August. (Sources: TimesLIVE, The Herald)
